Just to spice things up a bit I threw in a couple of cool blues to serve as a counterpoint to the majority of colors being warm tones. They stick out nicely/obnoxiously.
On to the batch of imagery for the second layer. Time to hit the sketch book(s)...
After I have selected which drawings/doodles I want to use, I add them to the canvas.
A few more lines to tighten things up a bit...
Now it's time to add the first few colors to the second layer...
The second layer is in desperate need of some green tones.
Let there be green!
